When I reviewed the New Doom Patrol's earliest adventures, I commented on the fact that, given that Arani is from India, the choice to colour her the same colour as the Caucasian characters was just insulting. This new series seemed to have corrected that fault, until this particular issue. Once again, Arani's skin has drained of its pigment, and she's white. I have to assume that it was a mistake somewhere along the line, as her coloration has been authentic since issue #1.
The Patrol defeats Garguax, Larry gains and then loses the Neg-Man powers. Wayne is boorish, and Rhea makes some funny-ish jokes.
This particular iteration of the team only lasts another 7 issues. Whether or not I will is another question.
