The 40 Years of Comics Project - Day 1308: Vector #4, January 1987
Maddeningly, the only other issue I have of this series is this one, issue #4, the final issue.
I have absolutely no idea what happened in between the two issues, but there's druids and a weird dimension that looks like it was rendered on a Commodore 64, and a plot to blow up Stonehenge, and a whole lot of people dying when weird giant computer creatures punch holes in an airplane.
I suppose a comic like this has a place in the history of the medium, not perhaps because of its story, though dealing with new technologies has always been the purview of fantasy. Instead, the early utilization of computers to enhance comics is itself an important landmark, something shared by the early Batman: Digital Justice, and Iron Man: Crash.
No idea what we'll read tomorrow. More to come...
