An unabashedly furry comic. The morphing period referred to in the title is a moment in the late 90s where, due to a strange virus unleashed upon the populace, many people begin transforming into anthropomorphic animals. There's certainly a fair bit of wish-fulfillment going on here, but also some very interesting conversations, especially given the Orange Man's administration in the U.S. The stories herein deal with societal and communal acceptance of those undergoing the change, and the shifts that culture has to undergo in order to accommodate those changes. We're seeing the antithesis of this in the current American administration.
